Twisted ANZAC Biscuts

Twisted ANZAC Biscuts🍪

Today I made ANZAC biscuts as part of our theme work but there was a twist!  We had to split the mixture into three and add to new ingrediants  into two of the split threeand leave one plain.  To mine I added black curants and dark chocolate and to my second ones I added Orange and Almonds.

Black currant and Chocolate.

Orange and Almond

  1. Oh I love how you experimented with flavours Rae! Did they come out as you expected? Which is your favourite flavour of the three? I'm a massive fan of dark chocolate, so I'm intrigued to know how that one was! Very inventive and creative Rae, good job!

  2. Great choices to experiment with Rae. The blackcurrant and dark chocolate and the almond and orange both sound interesting combinations. Which one did your family prefer? Keep up the fantastic creating and experimenting you do in the kitchen.
